AHAHAHAHA...imagine if we saw that here? People would revolt! Viva la revolution! :P
That's democracy for you :) We have the same problem in Southern Cali - it requires certain permits to have a dance floor - something to do with the fire marshall. A lot of bars aren't up for it - and of course all the lushes around here are fine to stand around and drink. I like to drink and dance myself!
